Assi ghat is the best choice for visiting in early morning. Subah-e-Banaras is a cultural and spiritual programme that takes place every morning at Assi Ghat. Vedic Chanting, Ganga Aarti, Morning Raga and Yoga are the main features of this program. To join this program you have to wake up early in the morning and reach the Assi Ghat at 5 AM. If you want to join individual Yoga training at ghats then we recommend you to join solo Yoga class with Ayush.
